As proud parents we introduced our
family and friends to Lawrence Tyler Williams in early
May 1998. It's now been fifteen short months since his
arrival into the land of aloha and we've loved every
moment with him. Last week we went to the 50th State Fair when he had the opportunity to visit the petting zoo. He enjoyed the animals but felt strongly that they should keep their kisses to themselves. All-in-all we had a pretty good time. Yesterday we took him to the Yacht Club so he could swim in the lagoon. Mommy was in charge of his first swim as she was suppose to wade out knee deep and let Tyler float a little on his blow-up sea horse, but it appeared to me that she was as wet as the boy by the time the swim was over. After the swim the family went to the Tripler Organization Day. It was lunch time when we arrived and Tyler had no problem helping daddy eat his barbecue chicken, corn on the cob, and baked beans, even after he'd had his own delicious and generous helping of milk for lunch. After lunch we visited their petting zoo where Tyler was out for more. Everyone was feeding the animals but him. For some reason he wanted to eat their lunch as well. What an appetite! Yuck...I have video to prove it too... We looked around for a short time after the petting zoo then decided to let Tyler sit in the cockpit of a Medivac Helicopter. We took a few pictures then proceeded to go shopping. Photos of Tyler as a newborn can be viewed in The Adoption, and his most recent photos are posted in the Our Family Corner section of "The Adoption". ILYC Fish Stories provide some fishing fun from Donna & I and other members of our yacht club. Lately I've had the opportunity to go bottom fishing and trolling. On our last deep sea trip Don and I landed a 550-lb Marlin. We share with you a few fish stories and photos in Fishing Tales. |
